By submitting footage to Scary Com, you agree to the following terms.
Ownership
Only submit footage you own or are authorized to license. Do not submit footage that belongs to someone else without their written permission.
Disclosure
You must disclose any staging, editing, or AI-generated elements in your submission. Misrepresenting footage as authentic when it is not will result in removal and may have legal consequences.
Safety
Never trespass or put yourself or others in danger to capture footage. Scary Com does not encourage or condone illegal activity in pursuit of content.
Selection and Payment
Submission does not guarantee selection or payment. If your footage is selected, we will contact you to agree on permission, credit, and any payment before publication. Nothing is published without your explicit agreement.
Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit footage directly to Scary Com. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us and handle the submission and any agreement on your behalf. Children under 13 should not send us footage or personal information directly.
